- To be responsible for maintaining work schedules of staff working under him.
- To ensure that stock levels are maintained as per Production Requirements.
- To implement effective labor-management roots to maximize productivity.
- To ensure that store is maintained as per company standards.
- To be responsible for employee awareness of safety and emergency procedure.
- To manage all store operational issues including store housekeeping, physically inventor etc.
- To be responsible for receipt of goods from suppliers as per approved demands and for issuance of materials to Production Department.
- To monitor stock levels through Stock Report and rise demands to replenish low levels.
- To coordinate with Purchase Department to ensure timely supply of goods/materials. Finalization of Purchase Bills for submission to Accounts Department.
