- Preparation of vouchers such as BPV, BRV, LPV, IPV, BDA, JV ect.
- Responsible for recording of entries in general
- Provide assistance in keeping the record of suppliers
- Responsible for invoice wise record of supplier
- Responsible to collect the Gate pass, GRN, IGPs from store
- Prepare reconciliation statement of each supplier
- Keep the record of imported purchases and collect documents from import department
- Gather bank statements at the end of month
- Prepare the Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Record the payables in system
- Provide overall assistance in Payable management, receivable management, Bank operations and recording of financial transactions as per direction of Manager Payable and Accounts manager.
