Software Engineer

A well-established IT company, with its client base in Pakistan, UK, US and Canada, is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Software Engineer / Team Leader. The role and responsibilities include leading a team of Software Engineers, timely delivering critical projects while maintaining high work ethics, development and lifetime maintenance of software products, managing day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met.

Incumbent should be well-versed with programming and able to design new or modify existing:

ERP / CRM systems
Mobile Applications
Cloud Applications / Databases
PDF Parsing

Along with it, incumbent should be able to create:

Applications which can learn over time (AI) through carefully designed algorithms.
Applications which can recognize / store images and create a library of similar images.

Technical Skills:

Two to three years of relevant work experience with proficiency in one or two of the major platform / frameworks of PHP / .Net / C# / Ajax / Java / MS SQL Database.

Soft Skills:

Keep abreast of changes in the standards, technologies and innovations
Guide, mentor and provide technical leadership to team members toward successful project delivery
Result oriented while maintaining high standards of software quality within the team
Assess opportunities for application and process improvement
Research and evaluate a variety of software products
Flexible with timings and mobility
Detail Oriented, Initiator/Decision maker, Analytical, Trouble Shooter
