The selected candidate will manage a team of 10 persons, overseeing their daily activities and ensuring data entry objectives are met with accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of a team of 10 data entry personnel, ensuring consistent accuracy and efficiency.
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with a high degree of precision.
Verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies promptly.
Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols to improve workflow and data quality.
Train and support team members to maintain optimal typing speed and accuracy standards.
Monitor the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth data transfer and reporting processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with relevant data protection policies.
Generate regular reports to track data entry progress and team performance metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner to avoid disruptions in operations.
