Making outbound calls in case of geo fence, battery tamper and other alerts.
Servicing only customer’s providing passwords.
Routinely check of priority vehicles.
Filling out the CRM properly at the end of each call.
Pointing out GPS locked and non reporting vehicles and forwarding them to the CMC Supervisor.
Pointing out vehicles, giving false alarms.
Providing product information to new customers and forwarding their details to sales department efficiently.
Work in shifts as per the weekly roaster.
Handing over and taking over the base station with complete audit of alarms and events.
