Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead- operations in our Contact Center with a minimum experience of 1-2 years in managing a team of Customer Support Agents with Fluent English Communication Skills , Mature and composed personality and ability to lead a team with achieving KPI'S.

1: Experience of minimum 1-2 years of working in a Contact center ( As SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEAD in a BPO/Contact Center )
2: Candidates must have of experience as Team Lead with energetic , sharp attitude and fluent English communication skills are also welcome to app
Job description
- Creating effective coordination with team members to keep them engaged & intact with team deliverables
- Interacting closely with team members to ensure maximum target completion and effective resource utilization
- Maintaining qualitative & quantitative targets by adhering define KPI for the agents
- On call escalations handling for better customer experience
- Ensuring the daily, weekly monthly lead qualification targets are accomplished as assigned by the manager
- Pressure handling
- Proven ability to take strategic initiatives
Job Specifications and Educational requirements :
1: Minimum qualification: Bachelors or above
2: Fluent English Communication Skills , Leadership Skills, Pressure Handling Skills , Maintaining KPI'S.
