Job Description

  1. Provide customer service through phone banking channel.
  2. Meet all service standards and quality parameters on all calls.
  3. To up sell product/ services and maintain customer relation through phone banking channel.
  4. To ensure that all customer queries and complaints are addressed within the minimum possible time. (attempt one call resolution to customer issues)
  5. To track complete call information and follow up for any post call processing necessary for customer inquiry.
  6. To ensure that he/she is updated on all latest products, policy, update and procedure.
  7. Extra projects as designated by the management.
