PROFILE REQUIRED:
- 7+ years of hands on experience in integration of enterprise applications, API management and micro services.
- Bachelors in CS.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Creates or participates in identification of critical performance requirements that link to system design that are appropriate for the change under test across interacting functions, (i.e., assay, hardware and software).
· Identifies, confirms and interprets interacting causes & effects behind assays issues, discrepancies or problems.
· Supports Customer Complaint investigations both internal and external involving assay related issues.
· Devises root cause hypotheses and confirms instrument/assay issues, discrepancies or problems.
· Develops or provides input into moderate complexity project plans and timelines.
· Create and develops moderately complex system related protocols for formal verification with acceptance criteria and stats plan as well as informal characterization, and/or data gathering protocols.
· Work with the stats group to obtain the appropriate test plan and criteria for the change under test.
· Performs protocol execution and interprets results based on acceptance criteria, execution data and the stats plan for formal verification.
· Determines success or failure of the protocol under test.
· Performs data analysis and documentation of the evaluation of results from informal testing to form conclusions and provide/implement improvements.
· Performs complex written data package summaries capturing the verification activity.
· Documents any discrepant or problematic issues during verification.
· Advanced troubleshooting across multiple system functions (hardware and software or hardware and assay performance problems).
· Advanced proficiency in operation of instrument, software operating systems, and repair/replacement of parts/subassemblies.
· Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the ADD quality system.
· Technical Leadership and Mentoring - May provide input into moderate to complex project and design plans and timelines.
