The role Coordinates planning and shipment issues with factories, Global Planning. The purpose is to Ensure shipment is on time and documentation is accurate and to Supervise the Planning Coordinators on all routine activities and to hold the team working together.
Responsibilities:
1.Verify monthly forecast list
2.Ensure order is confirmed according to factory’s capacity and Global Planning priority list in timely manner
3.Issue PO to factory with correct details
4.Updates IB system continuously for production status
5.Follow up with related parties for price, S/I and L&P issues
6.WIP checking
9.Strengthen relationship with key suppliers to strictly follow up policy. Evaluates factory shipping / delivery / handling performance
10.Communicates with each customer service desk and factories for customer’s special requirement (order adjustment, shipping method, packaging, labeling)
11.Prepare monthly analysis report
12.Work with manager on special projects, from coordination of user’s requirement, UAT testing to master rollout. This includes training to factory users and daily follow up on rollout progress and problem tackling.
13.Improves shipping process and ensures on time delivery
14.Monitor projects handled by teammates are under the right track
