• Creating effective coordination with team members to keep them engaged & intact with team deliverables.
• Interacting closely with team members to ensure maximum target completion and effective resource utilization.
• Maintaining qualitative & quantitative targets by adhering to defined protocols.
• On-call escalations handling for better customer experience.
• Ensuring the daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets accomplishment as assigned by the manager.
• Pressure handling.
• Proven ability to take strategic initiatives.
• Advanced MS Excel and system handling skills.
Experience and Qualification:
• Experience minimum 1 or 2 years of working in a Contact Center with team management is MUST.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor or above.
Compensation & Benefits:
Location: Lahore.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month.
