· Ensuring that the Account Opening activities are compliant with laws and regulations.
· Ensure the compliance of Company, PSX and SECP rules and regulations.
· To review and update relevant AML / CFT / KYC compliance procedures regularly.
· Disseminating updates in the regulatory rules and regulations to relevant department for enforcement and supervision.
