We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Website Manager / SEO Specialist. This position requires an onsite presence from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. As the Website Manager, you will be responsible for updating, managing, and optimizing our website to improve its performance, user experience, and search engine rankings.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and freshness.
- Manage the overall design and layout of the website, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve the website's search engine rankings.
- Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, generating reports and insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design, SEO, and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content creators, to align website objectives with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Website Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of website management and SEO principles.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and website development tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and SEO ranking software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret website performance data.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
