· A team player and field leader who can manage multiple installation teams from multiple vendors at multiple locations in the city.
· Supervising, controlling and monitoring project activity involving civil, mechanical and electrical works.
· Monitoring and ensuring the quality of materials & installation progress in the field & ensuring all deadlines are met.
· Ensuring the quality of the projects implementation as per approved BoQ and approved drawings and specifications.
· Resolving problem/issue which may occur before, during and after the project implementation and/or during O&M activity.
· Helping with sites’ acquisitions. Field site survey & monitoring the site installations and site working as per specifications and customer requirements.
· Coordination with Project Manager, Project Country Manager, Suppliers, concerned Govt agencies and departments
· Update report / progress daily to weekly
· Ensuring proper installation of civil, mechanical and electrical works by vendors.
· Working experience and knowledge of the Punjab Govt’s procedures and standards pertaining to public works involving civil, mechanical and electrical build and installations.
· Managing and scheduling field teams and resources including inventories in warehouses
· Ensuring mobilization of field teams for corrective action, as per SOPs, in response to any reported issues.
· Filing updates on reported incidents with identification of cause, effect and corrective action taken.
