We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager in the Procurement field to drive growth, build strong relationships, and expand our network of suppliers and partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, a robust network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of achieving business goals through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and capture new procurement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with New vendors, partners, and new industries.
- Lead the sourcing process for key products, ensuring the best value and quality for the company.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Provide market intelligence and procurement insights to inform company strategies and decision-making.
- Identify and pursue new markets and business opportunities within the procurement space.
- Work closely with the company's internal teams, including operations, to ensure smooth purchase processes and alignment with organizational goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay ahead of trends and foster new business relationships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, procurement, or supply chain management within the industry's Mechanical parts and machinery sectors.
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and industry contacts.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- In-depth knowledge of global procurement markets and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
