Polymer Engineer

Abdullah Dynamic Group is seeking a skilled Polymer Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will lead a team of 5 professionals to develop and optimize polymer materials and composite materials for various applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in polymer science, composite materials, and material testing, combined with effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and present findings clearly. The Polymer Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and improving polymer products while managing a small team to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. The role involves the evaluation of material properties, research on new polymer technologies, and applying advanced manufacturing techniques. Hands-on experience with composite materials and an ability to apply scientific principles to solve engineering challenges are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team of 5 engineers and technicians to execute polymer development projects effectively.
Design and develop new polymer formulations and composite materials to meet specific customer and industry requirements.
Conduct tests and experiments to analyze the properties and performance of polymer materials.
Evaluate the structural, chemical, and mechanical properties of polymers and composite materials to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with research and development teams to innovate and integrate advanced polymer technologies.
Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders and management.
Implement manufacturing processes and optimize production methods for polymer-based products.
Troubleshoot material failures and develop solutions to improve product durability and functionality.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls throughout all phases of polymer engineering.
Stay current with advancements in polymer science, composite materials, and related fields to incorporate best practices and new technologies.
