Responsibilities:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software.
- Firewall Installation/Configuration & Management Remote Network and system support
- Knowledge of Client/server database applications
- Technical Helpdesk Services
- Remote administration of Windows PC's
- Handling/Management of servers Routing concepts must be strong
- Disaster Recovery/Backup management
- Write training manuals
- Train computer users
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5-year experience working in a technical support environment
- Must be enthusiastic and energetic with outstanding command of English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience and superior customer/helpdesk service skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
