- Supervise the payable, receivable, treasury function
- Preparation of budgeting & forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation & financial statement (Balance Sheet. Profit & Loss and Cash flow).
- Compliance of tax matters (Monthly return and Withholding tax return on monthly, quarterly, and annually basis and getting them audited by the Tax Authorities).
- To reconcile every transaction in Accounting Software and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Payroll handling with HR
- Depreciation Schedule & EOBI Payments
- Insurance related matter (Health, Asset, Inv & Fire Safety)
- Adhoc Projects or tasks assigned from Seniors
- Communicate and work closely with the other departments
- Making strong protocols and procedures within the department
- Participate and enhance the skills of sub-ordinates by creating team building sessions.
- Examines, evaluates, and reports on the adequacy and reliability of existing internal controls.
Requirement:
- Minimum Experience of 3 to 6 years
- Minimum education must be master’s or Certification
- QuickBooks experience is plus
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must have strong knowledge of taxation
- Strong written and oral communication
- Organization and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management.
