Position: International Customer Support Representative

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (NASTP)

Regular Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10:30 am to 7 pm
Saturday: 10:30 am to 4 pm

Ramadan Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10:30 am to 5 pm
Saturday: 10:30 am to 4 pm

About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic International Customer Support Representative for one of our esteemed international clients based in the UAE. This role is crucial for our new setup in Karachi and offers a great opportunity to be a part of a growing international market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in direct communication with foreign customers to provide outstanding customer support.
Upsell products or services to existing customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Focus on customer retention strategies to ensure a loyal customer base.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent English communication skills , with the ability to clearly articulate solutions.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the international market, particularly in a customer support role, is preferred.
Proven ability to work in new setups and navigate the associated challenges.
An energetic individual who is also a critical thinker, capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
