Responsibilities of Sales Manager
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
· Track sales team metrics and share them with senior management.
· Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
· Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
· Advance one’s own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications
· Sells IT products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
· Comfortably present products and services to all levels of the organization.
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their needs.
· Effectively cross-sell opportunities with other Bridge Vue products and services
· BBA, MBA (MIS)/BS (CS)/ MBA / Master Degree or Equivalent
· Experience: At least 3+ Years in IT Solution Selling (mandatory requirement)
· Islamabad Based
· Fluent in spoken and written English
