AC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician specializing in split and chiller-type air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various AC equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role requires hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair split and chiller-type air conditioning systems efficiently.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of all AC equipment.
- Diagnose faults related to electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems, and execute necessary repairs promptly.
- Manage refrigerant charging, conduct leak detection, perform pressure testing, and carry out related servicing tasks.
- Maintain critical HVAC components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and motors.
- Adhere to proper safety protocols, maintain cleanliness at the worksite, and ensure timely completion of all assigned maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing split and chiller-type air conditioning systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems associated with HVAC equipment.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues effectively.
- Skilled in refrigerant handling, leak detection, and pressure testing procedures.
- Familiarity with maintaining compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and motors.
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean working environment.
