ACA & Medicare Campaign Sales Representative – Night Shift

Strive BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven ACA and Medicare Sales Executives to join its growing international campaign. This role involves engaging with customers during night shifts to provide expert advice on ACA and Medicare plans, helping clients make well-informed decisions while consistently meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Educate customers on ACA and Medicare plans by clearly explaining available options.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the most appropriate insurance plans.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
- Follow campaign guidelines, sales procedures, and compliance standards strictly.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset and comfortable working under sales targets.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in ACA, Medicare, insurance sales, telesales, BPO, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
