ACA & Medicare Campaign Sales Representative – Night Shift

Strive BPO is seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven ACA & Medicare Sales Executives to join our expanding international campaign. This role involves engaging with customers during night shifts to provide detailed information about ACA and Medicare plans, helping them choose the best options based on their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and confidently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Educate customers about ACA and Medicare plans, explaining available options clearly.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans accordingly.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales and performance targets to contribute to campaign success.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and support.
- Adhere strictly to campaign guidelines, sales procedures, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory to effectively engage with customers.
- Previous experience in ACA, Medicare, insurance sales, telesales, BPO, or call center environments is preferred but not essential.
- Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability in convincing, negotiation, and handling customer objections.
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work the night shift, specifically from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
