ACA & Medicare Sales Executive

Strive BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven ACA & Medicare Sales Executives to join our international campaigns on a night shift schedule. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills who are eager to engage with customers, explain ACA and Medicare plans clearly, and contribute to sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and confidently handle inbound customer calls.
- Clearly explain ACA and Medicare plans to assist customers in choosing the most suitable options.
- Generate sales and consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Adhere strictly to campaign guidelines and maintain high professional sales standards.
- Work diligently to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- A confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Strong persuasive abilities and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in ACA, Medicare, insurance sales, telesales, BPO, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive salary package ranging from PKR 70,000 to PKR 200,000 per month.
