ACA Sales Representative – Night Shift

Strive BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our ACA Campaign as Sales Representatives working the night shift. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide detailed information about ACA plans, and work towards meeting sales targets within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and confidently during the night shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Provide clear and accurate information about ACA plans and services.
- Identify customer needs and generate sales accordingly.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service throughout all interactions.
- Follow campaign procedures and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Keep accurate records of customer information and call details.

Required Qualifications
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in ACA, Medicare, BPO, telesales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
