ACA Verifier / Self-Verifier (Insurance)

Unified Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and confident individuals for the roles of ACA Verifier and Self-Verifier to join our insurance verification team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, requiring candidates to work night shifts from Monday to Friday, between 6:15 PM and 4:15 AM. We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh applicants who possess strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to verify ACA insurance information accurately and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers while adhering to established calling procedures.
- Maintain precise records and ensure compliance with verification protocols.
- Achieve assigned performance targets and uphold quality standards consistently.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence and proficiency in handling outbound calls.
- Ability to work night shifts on-site at the Rawalpindi office.
- Willingness to operate in a performance-oriented environment.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Verifier or Self-Verifier is preferred, though fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
