Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert academic consultation and research guidance to postgraduate students, helping them navigate complex research challenges.
- Review, edit, and enhance all five chapters of Master's and PhD theses to improve clarity, coherence, and academic rigor.
- Assist clients with research proposals, study design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation to facilitate successful project completion.
- Guide researchers in publishing their work in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals by ensuring compliance with journal standards.
- Ensure proper academic writing, referencing, and adherence to specific journal submission requirements throughout the publication process.

Required Qualifications

- A Master’s or PhD degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Proven track record as the first author of at least one article published in a Scopus or Web of Science (WoS) indexed journal.
- Strong proficiency in academic English writing and editing, with the ability to improve manuscripts for clarity and impact.
- Familiarity with the academic journal submission process and peer-review protocols.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- First-author publications in Q1 or Q2 journals, demonstrating high-quality research output.
