RICS is looking for a qualified and experienced Academic Coordinator to join its Sialkot Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily academic activities, supporting teaching staff, and maintaining high educational standards. This role requires a dynamic individual who can ensure the smooth implementation of academic programs while fostering a positive and student-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate daily academic schedules, activities, and programs to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and assessment strategies to enhance instructional quality.
- Monitor teaching practices to uphold high academic and instructional standards across the campus.
- Plan and organize examinations, assessments, and other related academic events.
- Track and analyze student academic performance to identify areas for improvement and support.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, department heads, and campus management to resolve academic issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate academic records, documentation, and performance reports for compliance and review.
- Support teacher development initiatives, including training and academic improvement programs.
- Promote a positive, engaging, and student-focused learning atmosphere.
- Ensure consistent implementation of academic policies and procedures throughout the campus.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic coordination, school administration, or a similar educational role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment methods, and academic management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and academic priorities efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- A proactive, professional, and results-driven approach to work.

This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the Sialkot Campus. The offered salary ranges from Rs90,000 to Rs110,000 per month, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
