Academic Manager

The Orchid School is looking for a committed and experienced Academic Manager to lead and manage academic operations across its campuses. This role involves ensuring the effective development and implementation of the curriculum while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will work closely with school leadership and teaching staff to drive academic excellence and support continuous improvement in student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily academic operations to ensure the smooth execution of academic plans.
- Monitor curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and maintain classroom teaching standards.
- Collaborate with school heads, coordinators, and teachers to meet academic goals.
- Track student performance, assessments, and overall learning outcomes.
- Facilitate teacher training, professional development, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to academic policies, curriculum guidelines, and quality standards.
- Identify areas needing improvement and implement strategies to enhance academic performance.
- Prepare academic reports and provide progress updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic management, school coordination, or educational leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment methods, and classroom management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cambridge or other international curricula is considered an advantage.
