Academic Support Tutor

Knowza Learning Solutions, a part of the Britannia Education Group, operates as a dedicated support office providing operational services to several UK-based entities. While our head office is located in the UK, our back-end support centre is based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are committed to supporting learners from the UK and international markets by delivering high-quality educational and operational services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Academic Support Tutor to join our team. This role involves guiding learners, supporting coursework, and ensuring a positive learning experience through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). There is strong potential for career progression, with training and development opportunities provided based on performance. You will be assigned courses and subjects that align with your knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective academic support to learners via the Virtual Learning Environment.
- Guide learners on coursework structure, expectations, and occupational standards.
- Review learner queries and respond with clear, accurate, and constructive feedback.
- Conduct research to provide learners with relevant academic resources and solutions.
- Monitor learner progress and follow up to ensure engagement and course completion.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and consistency in all communications.
- Support internal academic processes as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Management Sciences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong work ethic demonstrating honesty, punctuality, ownership, mutual respect, and commitment.
- High level of English language proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Genuine passion for education and eagerness to learn.
- Exceptional research skills with the ability to locate accurate information and provide effective solutions.
