Academic Writer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Academic Research Writer to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline, with a Master’s degree considered an advantage. This role involves producing well-researched, high-quality academic papers, reports, and dissertations across various business domains such as management, marketing, finance, human resources, entrepreneurship, and strategy. Experience or knowledge in Medical and Health Sciences, along with familiarity with Computing, Fashion Management, Law, Construction Management, and Dentistry, will be highly valued. The position requires adherence to strict academic standards and ethical writing practices, ensuring originality and accuracy in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive academic research using credible and authoritative sources to support arguments and findings.
- Write, edit, and format academic documents including papers, essays, literature reviews, dissertations, and case studies in line with client or institutional guidelines.
- Ensure accurate application of academic referencing styles such as APA, Harvard, MLA, and Chicago.
- Prepare detailed analytical and reflective reports across a variety of academic subjects.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, originality, and quality in all written work.
- Collaborate effectively with editors and supervisors to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Adhere strictly to ethical writing practices, ensuring all work is plagiarism-free and properly cited.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of 1–2 years or more in academic and research writing.
- Strong understanding of core business disciplines including management, marketing, finance, human resources, accounting, strategy, and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of English grammar and academic writing conventions.
- In-depth knowledge of referencing styles such as APA, Harvard, MLA, and Chicago.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, well-structured academic content.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Background or familiarity with Medical and Health Sciences is a significant plus.
- Additional knowledge in Computing, Law, Construction Management, Fashion Management, and Dentistry is advantageous.
- Experience with plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin and Grammarly is preferred.
- Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday onsite, with Saturday work-from-home flexibility.
- The position is based at Shahra-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6.
- Competitive pay starting from Rs10.00 per month.
