Academy Coordinator & Manager

XenoTech Academy is looking for a dedicated full-time Academy Coordinator & Manager to join its Sheikhupura campus. This on-site position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the academy, including managing classes, coordinating trainers, handling admissions, maintaining student records, facilitating communication, organizing workshops, and providing front-desk support. The role requires someone with prior experience in school teaching or academy management. The position operates during the evening shift and offers a monthly salary in the range of 10,000 to 12,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the academy to ensure an efficient and productive learning environment.
- Coordinate class schedules and manage trainer assignments to maintain smooth academic delivery.
- Handle the admissions process, including student enrollment and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and administrative files.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between students, trainers, and management.
- Organize and support workshops and other academic events to enhance student learning experiences.
- Manage front-desk activities, including welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries professionally.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in school teaching or managing a school or academy setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative and operational duties.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, trainers, and staff.
- Ability to work during the evening shift as per the academy’s schedule.
