ACCA Qualified Accountant

We are seeking a full-time ACCA qualified accountant based in Karachi, Pakistan, to join our team supporting UK-based clients in an outsourcing environment. The role involves handling various accounting tasks aligned with UK standards, including bookkeeping, accounts preparation, VAT and tax returns, and compliance with Companies House regulations. The position requires effective communication with clients and working within UK-aligned hours. This is primarily an on-site role with occasional opportunities for remote work and includes rotational shifts. The salary range for this position is PKR 150,000 to 300,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform UK bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
- Prepare financial statements and accounts in accordance with UK accounting standards.
- Manage VAT and tax return submissions ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements.
- Handle Companies House filings and ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to address queries and provide accounting support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of outsourced accounting services.
- Work within UK-aligned business hours and participate in rotational shifts as required.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in UK outsourcing accounting services.
- Strong understanding of UK accounting principles, VAT regulations, and tax return processes.
- Experience with Companies House compliance and statutory filings.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with UK clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi with occasional remote working flexibility.
