Access Management Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IAM operations, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
- Implement and maintain appropriate access controls across various applications and systems.
- Lead periodic access reviews, certifications, and compliance activities to meet audit requirements.
- Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Manage IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Security, HR, IT, and business teams to support secure identity lifecycle management.
- Lead and mentor IAM operations team members, ensuring service quality, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Huddle Boards for work tracking, documentation, collaboration, reporting, and operational governance.

Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in IAM operations or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing IAM platforms and technologies.
- Strong understanding of access management principles, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior professionals.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to identify risks and communicate issues effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
