Account Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong typing skills and the ability to manage data accurately and efficiently. This role requires someone who can maintain clean and error-free digital records while supporting the team with various administrative and data-related tasks. Candidates residing near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, will be given preference. The position operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, located at 18 km Multan Rd, Kot Gujra, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage data within spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF, and SUMIF to organize and report data effectively.
- Maintain updated, clean, and error-free digital records.
- Provide administrative support and assist with data-related tasks to facilitate smooth team operations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong typing speed coupled with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Solid understanding of Excel formulas and data handling techniques.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates living near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, to ensure ease of commute and timely attendance. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
