Account Executive

This full-time, on-site Account Executive position is based in Karachi with a reputable U.S.-based CPA firm. The role focuses on managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services. The Account Executive will also be responsible for preparing client communications, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting client retention efforts as well as cross-selling additional services. This position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate the delivery of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services in alignment with client needs and firm standards.
- Prepare clear and professional communications for clients, including updates and service-related information.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately to track client interactions and service progress.
- Support client retention initiatives by addressing client concerns and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within accounting or financial services.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English to effectively interact with U.S.-based clients.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and service delivery tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with U.S.-based CPA firms or familiarity with U.S. accounting standards is advantageous.

- Morning shift schedule with a salary range of PKR 100,000 to 120,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
