Account Manager – Social Media

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager specializing in Social Media with a strong background in lead generation and Facebook community management. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple Facebook business accounts simultaneously. This is a full-time remote position based in Pakistan, requiring availability during EST work hours. The role offers a competitive salary of up to $350, with the potential to earn commissions reaching $1,000.

Key Responsibilities

Facebook Account Management:
Manage several Facebook business accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring and responding to comments, and tracking performance metrics to ensure engagement and growth.

Community Management:
Identify and join relevant Facebook groups, ensuring all activities comply with group guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with group administrators to foster community engagement and support lead generation efforts.

Data Management:
Maintain detailed spreadsheets containing group information and engagement metrics. Regularly generate performance reports to analyze the effectiveness of social media strategies and community interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in Facebook-based lead generation or social media management.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheet software for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
