Account Manager – Social Media

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager specializing in Social Media, with a strong background in lead generation and Facebook community management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. This is a full-time remote position based in Pakistan, requiring availability during EST work hours. The salary offered is up to $350 per month, with additional commission opportunities that can increase earnings up to $1,000.

Key Responsibilities

Facebook Account Management:
Manage several Facebook business accounts by creating and scheduling engaging posts, monitoring and responding to comments, and tracking key performance metrics to ensure account growth and engagement.

Community Management:
Identify and join relevant Facebook groups aligned with business objectives. Maintain compliance with group guidelines and foster strong relationships with group administrators to enhance community presence and engagement.

Data Management:
Maintain detailed spreadsheets containing group information and engagement data. Track performance metrics regularly and generate comprehensive reports to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in Facebook-based lead generation or social media management.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheet software for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in data management and community interactions.
- Reliable internet connection to support remote work and timely communication.
