Account Manager - Fragrance

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager specializing in fragrances to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and fostering strong relationships with leading brands, retail businesses, and corporate clients within the fragrance industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs to recommend appropriate fragrance solutions and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Promote fragrance products through client visits, product presentations, and timely follow-ups on sales leads.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and recommend suitable fragrance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Travel as needed to key locations such as Karachi, Lahore, and other cities to meet clients and attend industry events.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the fine fragrances, perfumes, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge or prior experience specifically in fine fragrances will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various cities as part of business development efforts.
