Account Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in Lahore, located at Saggian Bypass Road, Ghang Kalan. This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 90,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, financial documentation, and cash flow tracking. Candidates with at least three years of core accounting experience and strong financial management skills will thrive in this role. Preference will be given to applicants residing near Saggian, Shahdara, Shahdara Town, Begum Kot, Ravi Road, Bund Road, Badami Bagh, Kot Abdul Malik, Johar Town, Gulshan Ravi, and Samanabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting transactions, maintain general ledgers, and perform financial reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accurate and timely ledger updates.
- Monitor dealer accounts by conducting regular balance reconciliations and maintaining records of outstanding payments.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and budget reports; assist management with cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
- Ensure proper archiving of both physical and digital financial documents and support compliance with standardized accounting procedures.

Required Qualifications
- A relevant degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce such as B.Com, BBA Finance, BS Accounting & Finance, ACCA, or M.Com.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in managing core accounting functions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage financial data and resolve discrepancies.

This role operates Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
