The Account Manager B2G role involves full ownership of assigned government accounts or verticals, focusing on driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships. This position requires coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment in solution delivery and execution. The role translates government priorities and digitalization needs into actionable account plans, partnerships, and growth opportunities within a digitally enabled environment. Reporting directly to the Regional Head North-2 B2G, the Account Manager will work closely with a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of account strategy, customer engagement, opportunity development, execution coordination, and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans that include stakeholder mapping, customer priorities, ICT spend potential, whitespace analysis, competition, risks, and agreed actions.
- Drive business development efforts to scale revenues and achieve year-on-year growth by building a qualified sales pipeline and executing action plans to meet targets.
- Create go-to-market strategies for assigned government accounts or verticals, aligned with the company’s digitalization roadmap and customer priorities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the market, customer environment, technology landscape, and procurement dynamics relevant to assigned accounts or verticals.
- Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, and Technology teams to address standard and customized customer requirements, translating these into clear solution, commercial, and delivery briefs.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams through connectivity, ICT, cybersecurity, M2M/IoT, data analytics, and digital platforms leveraging company and partner capabilities.
- Lead customer discovery and governance meetings, coordinate proposals, tenders, approvals, negotiations, handover, implementation, billing readiness, and issue resolution while ensuring accurate pipeline reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, ICT, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in techno-commercial roles, enterprise sales, consulting, or account management within reputable organizations.
- Strong knowledge of ICT solutions, including fixed and mobile connectivity, cybersecurity, IoT/M2M, and vertical ecosystems.
- Familiarity with government laws, regulations, public procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
- In-depth understanding of government organizations, decision-making structures, technology partners, system integrators, and the public-sector ecosystem.
- Comprehensive knowledge of opportunity qualification, tendering, procurement, commercial, legal, compliance, implementation, billing, and collections processes.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, planning, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Strong relationship management, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, integrity, and the ability to challenge constructively for improved outcomes.
