The company is currently seeking a full-time Account Officer based in Faisalabad. This role involves managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and assisting with finance-related reporting. The Account Officer will also monitor payments and receipts, support budgeting processes, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders on financial matters. Additionally, the role requires responding to inquiries from farmers and partners regarding accounts, delivering courteous customer service, and collaborating with management to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements.
- Monitor payments and receipts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on financial issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to farmer and partner inquiries related to accounts.
- Provide clear and courteous customer service to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or Business Administration with a focus on Finance (BBA/MBA).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
