We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, monitoring financial transactions, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting financial services when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily operations of client accounts to ensure smooth and accurate processing.
- Record and document all financial transactions meticulously to maintain transparency and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and promptly resolve any account discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, audits, and financial forecasts to support organizational planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to handle financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks, along with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and standard accounting procedures.
