We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple Canadian clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, performing reconciliations, maintaining accurate client records, and preparing monthly reports. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping activities for several Canadian clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions using QuickBooks Online.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Review general ledger accounts regularly and resolve any discrepancies found.
- Prepare monthly bookkeeping reports along with supporting schedules for client review.
- Assist with month-end closing activities to ensure smooth financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and supporting documentation.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding missing information and bookkeeping queries.
- Ensure all assigned client accounts are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Practical experience using QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple clients is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working with Canadian, US, UK, or international accounting firms is an advantage.
- QuickBooks Online (QBO) certification is preferred.

Work Location: Onsite – Karachi
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Salary Range: Rs80,000 to Rs125,000 per month
