Accountant (Accounting & Payroll)

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Stripe, managing payment processing, reconciliations, refunds, and transaction tracking. This role requires managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, processing payroll, and preparing financial reports. The position offers a hybrid remote work setup based in Islamabad, with the requirement to commute to the office located in Gulberg Greens and work according to US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Process payroll efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end reconciliations to support financial accuracy.
- Handle payment processing, reconciliations, refunds, and transaction tracking using Stripe.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software to maintain financial data and generate reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Stripe is mandatory, including payment processing, reconciliations, refunds, and transaction tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to work according to US time zones.
- Must be able to commute to the office located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
