Accountant-cum-Warehouse Incharge

I&K Enterprises is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented professional to join the team as an Accountant-cum-Warehouse Incharge. This role involves managing daily accounting tasks alongside overseeing warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and committed to maintaining accurate records in both accounting and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records, including invoices, vouchers, and other documentation.
- Manage cash transactions, receipts, payments, and perform basic reconciliations.
- Keep accurate inventory and stock records up to date.
- Monitor stock receipts, dispatches, and conduct physical inventory checks.
- Coordinate all warehouse activities and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Prepare routine reports related to accounts and inventory for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain proper record-keeping.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong numerical aptitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently manage both accounting and warehouse responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates local to Sargodha will be given preference.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs55,000.
- The role requires working on-site to effectively manage warehouse and accounting functions.
