Accountant (Ecommerce) | On-site, Multan

Global Ecommerce Consultants (GEC) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team on-site in Model Town, Multan. This full-time position requires working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete accounting operations of the ecommerce agency, including preparing profit and loss reports for various ecommerce platforms and handling day-to-day financial activities. The role includes a three-month probation period, after which permanent employment will be considered based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports for multiple ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
- Manage overall accounting functions including bookkeeping, maintaining ledgers, managing receivables and payables, and performing reconciliations.
- Track platform fees, advertising expenditures, refunds, and payouts accurately.
- Handle payroll processing, expense documentation, and invoicing tasks.
- Prepare clear and concise financial summaries to support management decision-making.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the speed and accuracy of reporting and financial analysis.

Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting or Finance such as B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 1.5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proven experience in preparing P&L reports; prior ecommerce accounting experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to assist in reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, learn quickly, and maintain technical sharpness.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Candidates must be based in Multan and possess a valid Multan domicile.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, interview performance, and trial period results.
- The position includes a three-month probationary period, with permanent employment contingent upon satisfactory performance.
- The role offers a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
- This is an on-site role requiring physical presence at the Model Town office in Multan.
