Accountant-Evening Shift

Icon Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join its team at the DHA Phase II Extension location in Karachi. This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise bookkeeping by recording all financial transactions in QuickBooks, including payments, purchases, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, which involve invoicing, vendor payments, and customer billing.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify the accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and assist in purchasing activities to support operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and freight forwarders.
