Accountant (Evening Shift)

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to hire a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between six months and one year of accounting experience, a solid educational background in accounting or finance, and strong communication skills in English. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards to support the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Perform financial analysis, reconciliations, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for both internal management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to maintain efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to internal teams and external clients.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Between six months and one year of practical accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in all financial tasks.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Availability to work the 3 PM to 12 AM shift.
