Cordatus Resources Group, a global business process outsourcing and consulting firm, specializes in outsourced accounting, finance, IT, and administrative services. Operating with a remote workforce worldwide, we leverage various SaaS platforms to ensure smooth collaboration, project management, and client communication. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support the accounting and bookkeeping needs of our U.S.-based clients. This role offers hands-on experience with diverse industries and exposure to international financial processes, requiring strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.
- Review financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and client-specific reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- ACCA or CA (Part Qualified or currently pursuing).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, capable of professional communication with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines consistently.
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with U.S. clients or familiarity with international accounting processes.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and financial technologies.
- Experience in outsourced accounting or shared services environments.
