Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a professional with at least two years of hands-on accounting experience. The role operates during morning shifts and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 45,000 to 55,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare reports as required for management review and decision-making.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align financial processes with operational activities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience in a non-managerial role.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ability to work on-site during morning shifts in Karachi.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with audit processes and supporting documentation.
